Fault Diagnosis Expert System Based on Fuzzy Rules

基于模糊诊断技术,开发了一个风机振动故障诊断专家系统。提出了一种新的模糊运算模型,该模型考虑了所有已知征兆的影响,并融合了征兆可信度与规则可信度的合成方法。在此模型基础上研究了模糊知识库和推理机的设计,在Access数据库基础上建立知识库,用Java语言编程实现诊断推理。

Based on fuzzy diagnostic technology,a fan vibration fault diagnosis expert system is developed.A new fuzzy reasoning model is put forward.This model takes into account the influence of all the acquirable symptoms and includes the method to synthesize symptom confidence and rule confidence.The design of fuzzy knowledge base and inference engine is researched based on this model. The knowledge base is constructed based on the database Access, and the inference engine is implemented with Java language program.
