燃气热水器智能水温控制的EDA实现

摘要 针对现有燃气热水器水温控制的不足之处,介绍一种智能型水温控制器。采用大火力快速启动方式缩短加热时间,温度反馈及超前控制方式缩小温度稳定时间、减小超调温度,还设有安全保护、寿命均衡及燃烧稳定性的控制措施。设计采用VHDL硬件电路描述语言,利用EDA工具进行电路描述,并通过了仿真测试。 The intelligente control of water temperature for gas water heater is discussed. The disadvantages is covered which is control for water temperature at the present time. The heating time is cut down through using the method of fast enable in large firepower. Methods of temperature feedback and advanced control are used in order that the stabilization time for water can be shorted and the overshoot temperature is littie. The methods are used that safeguards, life length equalization and control for stable burn. Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language, VHDL, is used to describe the circuit's function. Simulation through tools about electronic design automation is successed,and the simulation waves of the system are provided.
