当今世界,欧洲环境治理绩效突出。究其原因,环境政策发挥了指导性作用。而这对于环境形势日显严峻的中国具有十分重要的借鉴意义。文中对欧洲环境政策发展历程、原则及挑战进行了细致分析,以供相关研究机构和学者参考。

In the contemporary world, environment protection undertakings of the European Union（EU） have played a leading role and made outstanding achievements. Compared with EU, China has been gradually facing with some new environmental problems in the process of speeding-up economic development. Thus, it is vital for China to learn from EU in this regard. This paper attempts to study the development of the EU environmental policies and environmental principles and the challenges it once encountered, so as to provide references for China＇s environmental undertakings.
