摘要
科技风险投资在我国投资业中方兴未艾,它在科技成果转化、实现产业化的过程中起着关键性的作用,越来越受到人们的广泛关注。文中分析了科技风险投资中所面临的风险,提出了风险的有价性和规避风险的几种途径,探索建立完善的风险投资体系。
The investment in science and technology industry is becoming warmer and warmer in China and playing a key role in transforming research achievements into industrial results. It has attracted the attention of more and more people. This paper analyzes the risks in the investment in science and technology industry, and proposes several methods for valuable risks and risk --prevention in setting up an ideal risk investment system.
