摘要
随着当今社会大学生就业压力的不断加大,大学四年级学生在就业阶段呈现出了许多不利于课堂教学的问题。本文对大学四年级课堂教学过程出现的问题进行了分析,根据大四学生的不同特点,划分为不同的群体。并提出了如何提高大四学生课堂教学效果的措施。
With increasing pressure in finding jobs, 4^th-year undergraduates exhibit many problems which go against classroom teaching disciplines during the job hunting period. In this article, problems in 4^th-year classroom teaching are analyzed, and the 4^th-year undergraduates are divided into different groups based on their characteristics. Finally, countermeasures are offered to improve the effect of classroom teaching.
