当前,实施科技入户工程的主要障碍是县级农技推广部门和村级农技推广队伍建设滞后。因此,要加强县、村两级农技推广队伍建设,形成农业科技成果进村入户的有效机制和途径,以促进科技入户工程的顺利开展。

At present, the main obstacles of implementing the technology-home project are the lagging behind of the construction of the sector of agricultural science and technology extension and the technology promotion contingent teams. It is, there-fore, necessary to strengthen the construction of agricultural science and technology promotion teams at the county and village levels, to form effective mechanism and methods of putting agricultural science and technology achievements into villages and households, and to promote technology home project smoothly.
