摘要
目的:评价抗甲状腺药的疗效、不良反应和进展,以供临床用药参考。方法:通过查阅近期国内、外相关文献进行总结、分析。结果与结论:对于大多数病人,特别是甲状腺不太大、青少年、妊娠或哺乳期妇女的甲亢患者,抗甲状腺药是首选的主要治疗手段。在治疗前及治疗中应密切监测患者的肝、肾功能,白细胞总数及分类,以便及时发现异常情况,给予停药或相应处理。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the progress, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of antithyroid drugs for references of clinical drug use. METHODS： Recent pertinent medical literature both at home and abroad was reviewed and analyzed. RESULT ＆ CONCLUSION： For most patients with hyperthyreosis, especially those with small thyroid, adolescents, or women at pregnancy or lactation, antithyroid drugs are preferred. Function of liver and kidney, TWBC （total white blood cells ） and its differential count should be given close monitoring to withdraw drugs or give corresponding management in case of abnormalities.
