摘要
通过异型扁坯热轧成型过程的模拟实验,研究了轧件的宽展、孔型充满度的变化规律,提出了孔型高向充满程度和合理压下量的概念,得到了既定异型扁坯的成型方法及合理成型条件。
The variation of spread and roll pass filled degree in the process of shaped billet rolling were investigated by simulation experiment, Such concepts as pass vertically filled degree and rational draught were proposed. The forming method of given shaped billet and its ideal forming conditions were obtained.
