桂枝去芍药汤、厚朴三物汤及其合方的实验研究

Experimental Research of Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction with Paeoniae Deleted and Magnolia Bark Three Agents Decoction and Their Compounnd Prescription

目的:通过对厚朴七物汤与原母方间在功效上是否有相加、协同或拮抗作用的探讨,揭示"合方"中方与方间在主要功效方面可能存在的类"七情"关系。方法:采用药理学方法,结合中药的七情配伍原则对厚朴三物汤、桂枝去芍药汤及其相合方剂厚朴七物汤进行分析。结果及结论:桂枝去芍汤与厚朴三物汤合方后,在促进肠推进方面,桂枝去芍药汤对厚朴三物汤产生了"相使"作用;在胃排空方面,厚朴三物汤和桂枝去芍药汤相合后出现了"相恶"作用。

OBJECTIVE： To study the additive effect, synergism or antagonism between ＂Magnoliae Cortex Decoction of Three ingredients＂ and ＂ Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction with Paeoniae Deleted＂ in their compound prescription so as to confirm the possible pharmacodynamic actions （similar to seven actions related to compatibility of ingredients in compound prescription）. METHODS： Using the method of pharmacology and the principle of ＂seven actions related to compatibility of ingredients in a prescription＂ of ＂Chinese herbal medicine＂, the mutual effects between ＂Magnoliae Cortex Decoction of Three ingredients＂ and ＂Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction with Paeoniae Deleted＂ in their compound prescription was studied. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The research revealed that the combination of ＂ Magnoliae Cortex Decoction of Three ingredients＂ and ＂Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction with Paeoniae Deleted＂ is of mutual enhancement effect on intestinal propulsion but mutual inhibition on gastric emptying.
