摘要
权力是厂商间控制机制的重要因素,关系作为面子、人情和情谊的集合体,不但是权力的重要来源,而且是特定条件下的有效控制方式。以商业关系结束为背景,收集来自辽宁、浙江和四川的312份问卷数据,基于AMOS 7.0推估结构方程模型发现,在商业关系的各个阶段关系都有着独特的作用,面子、人情和情谊对组织的影响力整体上大于他们对依赖度的影响,在互动公平的干扰下,权力较大的厂商其关系损失也更大。路径分析结果表明,关系是厂商保留未来合作机会、减少冲突和摩擦、实现中国式商业关系圆满退出的重要控制方式。然而,随着影响关系运行的外部因素的变化,关系在中国市场中的工具性价值可能会下降。
Power is one of the important factors of firm controlling system, Guanxi, as component of Mianzi, favor and affect, is not only the significant resource but also the effective controlling pattern with situational condition. In the context of business relationship dissolution, data of 312 surveys are collected from Liao ning, Zhejiang and Sichuan Provinces. The results from estimated structural equation model by AMOS 7.0 reveals that Guanxi unique influence through all the phases. Mianzi, favor and affect have more impact on influence than dependence between firm's powers. With the interaction justice moderating, firm with relatively stronger power will encounter more relationship lost significantly. Results of path analysis show that Guanxi is an important patter for Chinese firms'beautiful exit to decrease the conflict, reserve business chance in the future. However, since the outside factors change, which are running base of Guanxi, its tool value will decline in Chinese market.
