摘要
运用金相、透射及扫描电镜和冲蚀磨损等试验方法,研究了不同水韧及时效工艺处理和爆炸预硬化对高锰钢(ZGMn13VTiMoRE)组织和耐磨性的影响,提出了优化热处理工艺。研究结果表明,经优化热处理工艺和爆炸预硬化处理后,使ZGMn13VTMoRE钢得到细小、均匀的奥氏体晶粒,弥散分布的第二相质点,一定厚度的预硬化层和存在于基体中的大量形变层错及孪晶等。其耐磨性可提高40%。
By means of optical microscopy, TEM and SEM analyses and erosion wear test, etc., the influences of solution treatment, aging and explosion pre-hardening on the microstroucture and wear resistance of ZGMn13VTiMoRE steel have been studied. It is proved that after heat treatment and explosion pre-hardening treatment, the fine and even austenite grains, dispersed particles of second-phase, considerable thickness of pre-hardening layer and more deformation stacking faults and twins existed in the matrix can be obtained. Through the results of erosion wear test, it is indicated that the wear resistance of the steel improved by 40%.
