美国LTV钢公司开发的转炉溅渣护炉技术在应用中取得了良好效果。该公司印第安纳哈伯厂1994年转炉炉龄创造了15658次的世界纪录,喷补料消耗0.37kg/t,作业率97%。溅渣护炉技术的应用对提高我国转炉炉龄具有重要意义。
The slag splashing technology developed by LTV steel company has achieved a good result in the applications. In 1994 Indiana Harbor Works, LTV steel, has established the world record of 15658 heats campaign. 0.37 kg/t gunning material consumption rate and 97% of furnace availability. The application of slag splashing technology is of great significance for increasing Chinese converter campaign life.
