论大众化教育背景下高等医学教育的矛盾及对策

On the Structural Changes,Problems,and Countermeasures of the Higher Medical Education in a Context of Mass Education

大众化教育背景下,普通高等医学教育机构有了明显的发展,内部存在着诸多新问题、新矛盾,制约着高等医学教育的健康发展。笔者通过分析一系列结构性矛盾,提出了以创新教育为核心全面提升教育质量的一系列措施,旨在促进高等医学教育的健康发展。

The institute of higher medical education has witnessed an apparent development along with the context of mass education. However,new problems and contradictions have meanwhile limited its normal development. After an analysis of a series of structural contradictions,the writer of the present paper has put forward several measures centering around the innovative education so as to completely promote the education quality and the healthy development of the higher medical education.
