摘要
提高培养质量是医学研究生教育的重点课题。在研究生教学中建立并坚持例会制度,可改善导师与研究生之间的交流,加强导师的教学意识,使研究生培养规范化。
Training quality improvement is one of the major topics in the education of medical postgraduates. Regular meeting is an effective mode in the training of postgraduates,which can improve the communication between teachers and students,reinforce tutors＇teaching consciousness,and standardize the training process.
