摘要
根据鞍钢1号高炉炉身下部和炉腰冷却壁的现状和存在的问题，提出了三条维护措施：更换冷却壁、内衬修补、使用圆柱状冷却器，并对这几种维护技术的优缺点及使用情况进行了详细对比和说明。另外，还对中晚期高炉冷却壁的管理及炉壳裂纹的预防及维护提出了建议。
According to the present situation of the cooling stave of the lower stackand waist on No.1 BF at AISC and existent problems, three repairing measures arepresented:changing cooling stave,repairing liner,using cylindrical cooler,characteris-tics of these repairing techniques and their application condition are compared and ex-plained in detail.Moreover,the suggestions on management of middle-later period BFcooling stave and prevention and repairing of BF shell crack are put forward.
