浅议大学生管理的法制化

Discussion on the University Student Management Legalization

文章从大学生管理法制化的意义、大学生管理法制化实现的条件、高校对实行大学生管理法制化的必要准备等方面对大学生管理的法制化进行阐述,认为在研究大学生管理时应该把高校放入整个社会大体系中去考虑,要把大学生看成整个社会群体中的一部分来思考。应该用法律的手段和途径对大学生进行管理。

This paper mainly talks about university student management legalization from the following aspects： the significances of the university student management legalization,the requirements to carry it out and the necessary preparation for it. The author believes that when studing this problem we should put university into the entire social system and must regard the university students as a part of the entire social group.And we should also use legal methods and legal ways to manage the university students in the new century.
