Fault Detection and Analysis of the 4-line Medium Rolling Mill Block at AISC Small Section Plant

简介自行研制配套的脱机──联机在线检测与故障诊断系统。针对小型厂四排中轧机组出现的设备故障，以现场在线多参数实时检测结果为依据，应用振动分析法，同时进行频域分析，并结合ISO标准，确定设备故障发生的原因。

The out-line, in-line and on-line fault detection and diagostic systemdeveloped and assembled by AISC is briefly introduced.In accordance witb the equip-ment faults having taken on the 4-line medium rolling mill block at the Srnall SectionPlant, based on the realtime detection results of on-line multiparameters in site,usingthe vibration analysis method,at the same time analyzing the frequence fields and com-binig ISO standards the reasons for the equipment faults are determined.
