混合剂CZ在中国炭浆厂的助浸工艺

摘要 某炭浆厂处理量为250t/d,通过采用混合剂CZ助浸工艺,取得了较好的经济技术指标.金的浸出率由71.63%提高到95.07%,同时,氰化钠耗量由2.00kg/t矿降低到1.15kg/t矿,混合剂CZ耗量为0.20kg/ti.每年可为矿山降低药剂成本80万元以上,多增产黄金拆合人民币400多万元.生产实践证明,混合剂CZ助浸工艺是提高金的浸出率,降低生产成本的有效途径. A charcoal liquid plant which average output is 250 t/a kas obtained the better economic technique index by the aided-leaching technology using the mixture CZ.The golden leaching rate rised from 71. 63 % to 95.07 %, meanwhile, the consumption of the sodium cyanide reduced from 2. 00 kg/t to 1. 15 kg/t and the consumption of the mixture CZ was 0. 20 kg/t. This technology will reduce the chemical medication costs of the mine above 800, 000 yuan and will increase gold output above 4, 000, 000 yuan every year. The productive practice proves that the aided-leaching technology using the mixture CZ is the effective ways of rising the golded, leaching rate and reducing the production costs.
