摘要
目标管理作为一种现代科学管理理论在企业中已得到广泛应用并已取得显著实效。地方高校在学校内部管理中全面推行目标管理,不仅能够提升学校的管理品质和管理效益,而且还是学校内涵发展的必然选择,是提升学校核心竞争力的有效途径,是促进学校内部管理科学化的重要手段。地方高校推行目标管理,当务之急是要抓好目标的制定、目标的实施、目标的考评和目标的反馈四项工作。
As a modem scientific management theory, Management By Objective (MBO)has been widely used in enterprises and shown obvious effects, It will make many advantages for local colleges to conduct MBO in the internal management. MBO can elevate the quality and level and efficiency of management and it is an illevitable choice for colleges to develop qualitatively. MBO is an effective way to strengthen the core competition power and also an important means to promote the internal scientitfic management. To conduct MBO, the urgent task of local colleges is to perfect the four jobs:formulation, conduction, evaluation and feedback of objective.
