摘要
应用UniWeb Viewer软件,通过基线平行于Frankfurt平面的颅脑CT30例,探讨经关键孔脑室穿刺的方法。模拟从关键孔下脑皮质,与前后分别呈55°、50°、45°行侧脑室穿刺。结果以x±s表示,统计采用多个样本方差齐性检验,单因素多样本均数F检验,P<0.05为显著统计学差异。与前后呈50°,头尾呈20°,深度5cm,为经关键孔脑室穿刺的优选方案。
To research the trajectory or remarks of ventricular through the key point of skull, continuous axial CT scans of head in 30 cases with and baseline parallels Frankfurt line, were studied via software of UniWeb Viewer. ventricular puncture was mimicked from cortex just under the key point of skull at angle 55°, 50°, 45° to the midline individually. The results were displayed with x±s. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and F-test to estimate the difficulty of ventricular puncture, P〈0.05 was regarded as significant statistical difference. Ventricular puncture is feasible through key point by pointing 50° to the midline and 20° to the horizon, 5cm in deep.
