浅谈肺癌手术的知情同意

Informed Consent before Surgery for Lung Cancer Patients

手术在肺癌治疗中占有重要地位。胸外科医生充分告知手术利弊、患者和/或代理人充分理解告知内容是顺利完成知情同意的重要步骤。本文就肺癌手术知情同意的意义、临床工作中存在的问题及解决办法进行了初步的探讨。

Surgery plays an important role in lung cancer therapy. To achieve informed consent, it is imperative for thoracic surgeons to convey to patients and/or their agents the advantage and disadvantage of the operation, and allow them to fully understand the condition. This article discussed the significance of informed consent for lung cancer surgery as well as some of the problems encountered in clinical practice and means to solve these problems.
