某医院临床科室医疗质量管理现况调查

A Survey about the Medical Quality Management of Clinical Department in A Hospital

医疗行为的专业性、多样性及现场监测的有限性,决定了实施环节质量管理必须把管理重心放在科室质量管理层面上,临床科室诊疗环节的质量直接关系到医院整体医疗质量水平。通过对某医院39位临床科室主任进行的科室医疗质量问卷调查中发现,目前在科室医疗质量管理过程中存在的问题集中体现为:质量管理组织不够健全,各项医疗核心制度的执行力不够等问题。建议将加强科室管理作为全院医疗质量管理的重心,通过健全科室质量管理组织;加强科室内部管理制度建设;完善医院质量管理方法等措施不断提升医院医疗质量管理水平。

The characteristics of medical conducts, such as the specialization, the diversification and the limitation of live monitoring,call for hospital managers pay more attention to the quality management of the clinical departments , the quality of treatment procedure will impact on the overall quality of a hospital. A survey of 39 managers of clinical departments found that the major problems of current quality management reflected in the defects of the quality management organizations, the failure to comply with core medical rules, and so on. It is suggested that placing great emphasis on the quality management of clinical departments, establishing sound management organizations, strengthening internal management system and improving hospital quality management measures will continuously promote the quality management of a hospital.
