摘要 目的探讨手术治疗脊柱结核的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析2002年2月~2005年10月期间接受病灶清除、植骨融合及内固定手术治疗并获得随访的30例脊柱结核患者的临床资料,其中2例颈椎结核,12例胸椎结核和16例腰椎结核患者接受Ⅰ期病灶清除、植骨融合、内固定术,观察术后和随访期间患者结核中毒症状和神经功能的改善情况、植骨融合及治愈情况。结果术后结核中毒症状明显缓解,神经功能明显改善,36个月时植骨融合。结论Ⅰ期手术治疗脊柱结核是安全、有效的。 Objective To explore the safety and effectivity for one-stage debridement and fusion with instrumentation in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar spinal tuberculosis. Methods Data of 30 patients with spinal tuberculosis undergoing the operation of debridement and fusion with instrumentation between Febrary 2002 to Octomber 2005 were documented retrospectively. 2 patients with cervical. 12 patients with thoracic and 16 patients with lumbar spinal tuberculosis underwent the operation of one-stage debridement and fusion followed by instrumention. Results The toxic symptom of tuberculosis alleviated greatly and neurological function improved postoperatively. All patients got bony fusion and healed at 36 months after operation. Conclusion The application of one-stage debridement and internal fixation in the operative treatment of spinal tuberculosis is safe and effective.
