内镜下乳头切开取石及支架植入治疗胆总管结石的临床研究

Clinical Research of EST and Stents Implantation for Common Duct Stones

目的探讨内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术及支架植入治疗胆总管结石的治疗方法及价值。方法对70例胆总管结石患者行EST及支架植入术,并行网篮取石治疗。结果70例治疗后69例取净结石,结石取净率98.57%,无出血、穿孔及死亡等并发症发生。结论EST联合支架植入治疗胆总管结石疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objeetive To investigate the curative methods and value of the endoscopic therapy and stents implantation for common bile duct stones. Methods 70 patients were treated with endoscopic sphincterotomy（EST） after stents implantation and blasket-extracting for the bile stones. Results The stones were removed successfully by EST in 69 of 70 patients （98.57%）. There were no complications including hemorrhage,perforation and death happened after treatment. ConcIusion The effect of the endoscopic therapy and stents implantation for common bile duct stones is certain,which is worth applying in chnic.
