摘要
目的观察新式饮食干预方法对代谢综合征患者生物学和血生化指标影响。方法84例MS患者采用了"新能量计算方法"和"食品交换法"进行饮食干预,治疗前后分别测量了营养要素(碳水化合物、蛋白质和脂肪)、总能量、生物学和血生化(体重指数、腰围、腰臀比、空腹血糖、2hPG、TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C)等指标,并与57例未进行饮食干预MS患者(对照组)的同期结果比较。结果两组治疗前摄入各营养要素及总能量测试结果分布接近(P均>0.05),饮食干预组治疗后大部分指标明显低于治疗前和对照组(P均<0.05~0.01)。治疗前两组各项生物学和血生化指标分布接近(P均>0.05),两组患者治疗后大部分指标明显低于治疗前,而饮食干预组治疗后的体重指数、腰围、腰臀比值、空腹血糖、2hPG和TC均明显低于对照组同期结果(P均<0.05~0.01)。结论新式饮食干预方法可显著地改善MS患者生物学和血生化指标。
Objective To observe the effect of new-style diet intervention on the biological and blood biochemical indicators in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods 84 MS patients underwent diet intervention using new energy evaluation method and food exchange method. Nutritious elements (carbohydrate, protein and fat), total energy, biological and blood biochemical indicators (body mass, body mass index, waistline, waist-to-hip ratio, fasting blood glucose, 2hPG, TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C) were measured before and after treatment. Another 57 MS patients who were treated with nothing were regarded as the control group. Resttlts The nutritious elements and total energy in the two groups were similar to each other before treatment (P〉0.05). Most indicators in the diet intervention group were significantly lower after treatment than in the control group and before treatment (P〈 0.05-0.01). Biological and blood biochemical indicators in the two groups were similar before treatment (P〉0.05); however, most indicators were significantly lower after treatment compared to before treatment. In addition, some indicators (body mass index, waistline, waist-to-hip ratio, fasting blood glucose, 2hPG, and TC) in the diet intervention group were significantly lower than in the control group after treatment (P〈0.05-0.01). Conclusion A new-style diet intervention may remarkably improve the biological and blood biochemical indicators in MS patients.
