摘要 目的探讨早期判断面神经炎预后的相关因素。方法对96例面神经炎病例,在1周时作面神经传导速度测定,将面神经传导速度情况与病情预后作相关统计学分析,并结合96例面神经炎患者临床资料与病情预后作分析。结果面神经传导速度测定中波幅低的面神经炎患者组比波幅正常或减低较少组患者病情预后差,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。与病情恢复所需时间长密切相关的临床资料有年龄大、病情重以及伴有高血压或糖尿病等。结论面神经传导速度测定对于早期判断面神经炎的预后评估有重要价值,还可以结合其他临床资料如年龄、面瘫程度、是否伴有高血压、糖尿病来判断面神经炎患者的预后。 Objective To explore the factors estimating the prognosis of facial neuritis early. Methods 96 patients with facial neuritis were detected by nerve conduction velocity(NCV) in a week. The relationship between NCV and the clinical prognosis was analyzed using student-test and multiple regression. The correlation between clinical parameter alterlation and the prognosis in 96 facial neuritis cases was analyzed too. Results There was significant difference(P〈0.05) in the prognosis of facial neuritis between the group with lower amplitude and that with nomal amplitude or less lower amplitude detected by NCV. The following parameters were strongly correlated with more time of recovery after analysis: old age, with severe facial nerve lesion and have hypertension or diabetes. Conclusion The NCV might be an effective index to evaluate the prognosis of patients with facial neuritis early. We could evaluate the prognosis either by another clinical parameters such as age, the extent of facial paralysis, whether have hypertension and diabetes or not.
