摘要
目的了解血球仪KX-21型与BC3000型对检测结果中白细胞等几项指标的可比性、重复性和交叉污染的情况。方法采取病人静脉血液同时在KX-21和BC3000机器上都用全血模式测定,将其结果的白细胞、红细胞、平均红细胞体积、血红蛋白、血小板几项数据在Excel软件下"数据分析"里进行统计学处理,依此观察两台仪器的可比性。另外选取WBC、RBC、HBG高、低值血样各一份做重复性和交叉污染率观察。结果100份不同病人血样在两台血球仪上测定,检测数据经统计学分析,r>0.99,P>0.05;高、低值血样的重复性两台血球仪相近,平均WBCCV%<2、RBC、HBGCV%在1.5左右;高、低值交叉在两台血球仪上测定,KX-21平均携带率0.42%,BC3000平均携带率0.40%。结论KX-21与BC3000血球仪对100份血样检测结果无显著性差异,可比性、重复性和相关性都较好,两台血球仪抗交叉污染能力都强。
Objective As we understood the comparability, repetition and the cross-infection of white blood cell and so on as in the result of the blood corpuscle analysis instrument KX-21 and BC3000 examination. Methods To adopt the vein blood of patient and deal with it under The Full Vein Blood pattern on KX-21 and on the BC3000 machine, With the result of white blood cell(WBC), red blood cell(RBC), average red blood cell volume(MCV), hemoglobin(HBG), blood platelet(PLT), these several data in carry on the data processing "the data statistic analysis" under Excel software. And we can check the comparability of these two machines. Moreover, we select each blood sample with high date and low date of WBC,RBC,HBG to make the repetition and cross-infection test. Results 100 different patients' blood samples were analyzed by the two blood corpuscles analysis instrument and we get the result which the data were processed with statistics analysis system, we got: r 〉 0.99,P〉 0.05; and the repetition of the two kind of blood sample (high date and low date) is the same, average WBC CV%〈2,RBC,HBG CV% are around 1.5. And for the crossed high&low date, the average schlep rate is 0.42%, BC3000 average schlep rate is 0.40%. Conclusion Both KX-21 and the BC3000 blood corpuscle analysis instrument does not have highly difference about these 100 blood samples examinations results, and the comparability, repetition and relevance are good, besides, both machine have very strong anti-cross infection ability.
