老年人骨科手术后使用自控镇痛护理问题探讨

目的探讨老年人骨科手术后在护士的指导下正确使用自控镇痛泵,提高有效镇痛效果。方法对159例老年人骨科手术后使用自控镇痛泵的镇痛效果进行回顾性分析。分别在术前、术后,由巡回护士配合,麻醉医师到病房访视,向患者及家属进行自控镇痛健康教育及镇痛泵使用方法。结果护理人员参与对老年人骨科手术后自控镇痛教育、指导,患者及家属能迅速掌握自控镇痛技术,达到了最佳止痛效果。结论老年人骨科手术后的自控镇痛教育、指导,是提高镇痛效果、减少药物副作用、利于手术愈合的有效方法。

Objective To inquire into elderly patient＇s orthopedics after operation an exactitude usage under the nurse＇s instruction from control an analgesia pump to raise valid analgesia effect. Methods After operation use to carry on looking back sex analysis from the analgesia effect of control the analgesia pump to 159 elderly patient＇s orthopedicses. Respectively before surgical operation and after operation, from cruise to return to nurse to match with, anesthesia doctor arrive the sickroom visit to see and carry on toward the sufferer and the family members from control an analgesia to healthily educate and analgesia pump operation method. Results The nursing personnel participate to elderly patient＇s orthopedics after operation can quickly control from controling analgesia education, instruction, sufferer and family members from control an analgesia technique, come to a the best relieve pain effect. Conclusion Elderly patient＇s orthopedics after operation of from control analgesia education and guide, is the valid method which raises analgesia effect and reduces drug side effect, benefit in the surgical operation union.
