摘要
本文对砂型工装中砂箱定位尺寸的公差与配合问题进行了认真研究，为满足国家标准GB6414—86的要求，将目前工厂中习惯使用的经验数据，按国家标准GB1800～1801－79的规定进行了标准化，同时对其使用范围进行了分析研究和确定。
In this works the author has made a conscientious on the problems of tolerance and fit in the sand mold positioning device, The empirical data usually used in the factories at present have been standardised to be consistent with the State Standard GB1800 ~1801-79, besides the applied range has been analysed, studied and determined.
