中西医结合治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect on Herpes Simplex Keratitis with Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的研究自拟中药方剂结合西医方法治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法对32例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者,其中23例初发型,9例复发型,采用我们的方法进行治疗,并对治疗前后病变的范围和深度及治疗时间进行记录。结果浅层型21例均治愈,治愈率100.0%,平均治愈时间12.8d;深层型11例,治愈10例,治愈率90.9%,平均治愈天数21.1d,经过6～12个月随访,复发1例,复发率3.13%。结论我们的自拟方法治疗HSK有效率高,复发率低。

Objective To analyse the clinical therapeutic effect on herpes simplex keratitis （HSK） with combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine （TCM） and western medicine. Methods We recruited 32 patients （32 eyes） with the HSK, including 23 primary and 9 recurrent,and treated them with our Chinese medicinal formulae and 0.1% acyclovir （ACV） and ofloxacin eyedrops, and mydreasis with compled tropicamide or 1% atropine eye drops if complicating uveitis. We compared the physical signs before and after the treatment such as the scope,deepness and the curing days. Results The 21/21 patients of wallow types of HSK was over-all cured,the effectivenss rate is 100%, the average curing time is 12.8 days. The 10/11 patients of deep types of HSK was cured, the effectiveness rate is 90.9%, the average curing time is 21.1 days. Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has high curing rate and low recurrence rate.
