小儿急性白血病化疗后护理

Nursing of Children with Acute Leukemia after Chemotherapy

目的探讨患儿急性白血病化疗后的护理方法。方法回顾性总结20例急性白血病患儿化疗期间的护理经验。结果20例小儿急性白血病,通过应用化疗治疗后,其中存活者3a以上9例,2a以上8例,死亡3例,治疗有效率85%(17/20)。实施综合护理干预后,患儿的并发症和毒副作用得到及时的控制。结论良好的护理工作是保证白血病患儿化疗顺利进行的重要因素。

Objective To investigate the acute leukemia in children＇s care after chemotherapy. Methods A retrospective review of 20 cases concluded during chemotherapy for acute leukemia in children with nursing experience. Results 20 cases of acute leukemia in children through the application of chemotherapy treatment, and three of them survived more than a nine cases, more than eight cases of a 2, 3 patients died, the therapeutic efficiency of 85%（17/20）. After implementation of the integrated nursing intervention, complications and side effects were under control. Conclusion Good care is the important factor to ensure the smooth progress of children with leukemia chemotherapy important factors.
