摘要
目的分析常规CT对超急性期脑梗死的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析53例我院确诊为超急性期脑梗死的CT表现。结果脑密度减低10例,大脑中动脉高密度征12例,局限性脑沟变窄或消失15例,基底节区结构模糊8例,CT值测量差值(△HU)增高18例。结论常规CT对超急性期脑梗死的诊断很有价值。
Objective To analyse the diagnostic value of plain CT scan on super acute cerebral infarction. Methods 53 patients were retrospectively studied,which were suffering from super acute cerebral infarction. Results 10 patients showed lower density,12 patients showed middle cerebral artery high density sign. 8 patients showed blurry basal nuclei structure. 15 patients showed locally narrowed or disappeared sulci. 18 patients showed the △HU of CT were heightened. Conclusion The conventional CT diagnosis for super acute cerebral infarction has value.
