摘要
用X射线衍射、光学显微镜和取向分布函数计算分析了95%冷轧奥氏体不锈钢板γ相在900℃加热时的转变和α相体积分数的变化。结果表明,γ相再结晶被定向形核过程所控制,并因此在特定的冷轧亚稳{112}<111>、{100}<001>和{110}<001>取向上生成织构。α相体积分数的变化与γ相的稳定性密切相关。另外还探讨了调整工艺参数,控制织构生成以消除板材制耳效应的可能性。
The orientation transformation of γ phase as well as the volume fraction change of α phase in 95% cold rolled austenitic stainless steel during annealing at 900℃ were analyzed by means of X ray diffraction,optical microscopy and ODFs.It was shown that the recrystallization in γ phase was governed by the oriented nucleation process,and therefore certain specific textures were formed around {112}<111>,{100}<001> and {110}<001>,which were the metastable orientations during rolling.The volume fraction of α phase is closely related to the stability of γ phase.The possibility to eliminate earing effect by optimizing the processing parameters and controlling the texture formation was also discussed.
