尿道板纵切卷管在尿道下裂治疗中的应用研究
摘要
尿道下裂是小儿常见的泌尿生殖系畸形。外科手术是治疗尿道下裂的惟一方法。本研究旨在探讨尿道板纵向切开卷管尿道成形（tubularized incised plate urethroplasty,TIP）治疗小儿尿道下裂的适用范围,并对手术疗效进行评估。
