摘要
目的:通过比较生物活性,探索对天然虫草与人工虫草菌丝体的质量进行控制的方法。方法:采用邻苯三酚自氧化法和DPPH自由基清除实验来评价天然虫草与人工虫草菌丝体的抗氧化活性。结果:人工虫草菌丝体具有比天然虫草更好的抗氧化活性,抗氧化活性与虫草中含有的某些成分的含量有关。结论:抗氧化活性可以作为评价人工虫草菌丝体质量的指标之一。
Objective: To establish a method for the quality control of natural and cultured Cordyceps by comparing their bioactivity in vitro. Methods: The pyrogallicacid autooxidation method and the DPPH free radical scavenging method were used. Results: The cultured Cordyceps had higher antioxidant activity than the nature Cordyceps, the antioxidant activity was correlated to the contents of some components in the Cordyceps. Conclusion: The antioxidant activity could be one signal in the quality evaluation of cultured Cordyceps.
