活络健骨胶囊质量标准研究

Study on quality standards for Huoluojiangu Capsules

目的:建立活络健骨胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对活络健骨胶囊中的白芍、青风藤进行定性鉴别,用HPLC法对其制剂中芍药苷进行含量测定。结果:活络健骨胶囊薄层色谱中斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定芍药苷线性范围为0.16￣0.95μg(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为98.9%(n=5),RSD为0.96%。结论:所建立的分析方法简便可行,可用于活络健骨胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To establish quality standards for Huoluojiangu Capsules. Methods： Radix Paeoniae Alba and Caulis Sinomenii in Huoluojiangu Capsules were identified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin in preperation was determined by HPLC.Results： The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference. The methodological study showed that a good linear correlation existed in the rang of 0.16-0.95 μg of paeoniflorin （r=0.999 7）.The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.9%（n=5） with RSD of 0.96%. Conclusion：The methods are sensitive, simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of Huoluojiangu Capsules.
