摘要
非配比现象就是许多金属间化合物的组成在一定范围内可变。为更好地预报合金相图,该文根据扩充的Miedema合金元胞模型,用ΔΦ、Δn1/3ws以及ΔZ和RA/RB四个原子参数及计算机模式识别方法,求得非配比和配比的近似判据,并探讨其物理意义。
Many intermetallic compounds have a composition range of nonstoichiometry. This phenomenon has been studied by an extended Miedema model, using atomic parameters(Δ Φ * , electronegativity difference; Δ n 1/3 ws , valence electron density difference; Δ Z and R A/ R B) to find regularities by the computered pattern recognition method. The approximate criterion of nonstoichiometry and stoichiometry had been gotten, moreover the physics meaning was discussed.
