摘要
在钨尾矿微晶玻璃基体中加入25%(体积分数)的SiCw,可显著提高其断裂韧性和抗弯强度。观察了复合材料的形状记忆效应(SME)。通过微观分析,讨论了SiC晶须增韧补强的原因。
Substantial improvements in fracture toughness( K IC ) and bending strength( σ bb ) were obtained by incorporating 25%(volume fraction) of SiC w into tungsten tallings glass ceramics matrix. The shape memory effect of the composite has been observed. The causes of SiC whisker toughening and reinforcing were discussed through microscopic analysis.
