经皮穿针固定治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折

Percutaneous Kirschner pins internal fixation for the treatment of distal radius comminuted fractures in aged patients

目的:探讨闭合穿针固定治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折临床疗效。方法:2001年1月～2006年12月,采用闭合手法复位经皮克氏针内固定,辅助石膏托外固定治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折21例。结果:19例获得随访,随访时间10～55个月,平均39个月。X线显示骨折全部愈合。根据Aro关于Colles骨折复位后的功能评价:优5例,良11例,可2例,差1例,优良率为84.2%。结论:对经关节面骨折且有明显关节面移位的老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折,采用闭合穿针固定治疗简单、经济、有效。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous Kirschner pins internal fixation for the treatment of distal radius comminuted fractures in aged patients. Methods： 21 cases with comminuted fractures of distal radius from January 2001 to December 2006 were analysized. There were 6 males and 15 females （mean age 64.9 years old,54-77years）. The fractures were classified according to the AO classification of distal fracture： 2 cases C1, 13 cases C2, 6 cases C3. All the fractures were treated with percutaneous Kirsehner pins internal fixation and plaster external fixation after close manipulative reduetion.Results：19 cases of patients were followed up （mean 39 months, 10-55 months）.The fractures all healed according X-ray. According to Aro evaluation of the distal radial fracture, there were 5 excellent, 11 good, 2 fair and 1 poor, and the good-excellent rate was 84.2%.Conclusion：Percutaneous Kirsehner pins internal fixation is a simple, eeonomieal and effective method for treatment of distal radius comminuted fractures in aged patients.
