妊娠外阴尖锐湿疣激光术后外用中药颗粒剂的临床分析

Clinical analysis of topical Chinese drug granules after laser operation on pregnancy with vulval condyloma acuminatum

目的:探讨妊娠外阴尖锐湿疣保胎者激光术后外用中药颗粒剂的临床疗效及预后。方法:对110例妊娠合并外阴尖锐湿疣保胎者CO2激光治疗后,分治疗组55例配合中药颗粒剂外洗,对照组55例配合PP粉外洗,比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组比对照组的尖锐湿疣复发率低,术后反应小,创面愈合快,疗效好,副作用小,有利于继续妊娠及正常分娩。结论:妊娠合并外阴尖锐湿疣者,用CO2激光配合中药颗粒剂外洗,使用安全,治疗效果好,操作方便,可以继续保留胎儿,对正常分娩无影响。

Objective：To assess the clinical effect and prognosis of topical Chinese drug granules after laser operation on pregnancy with vulval condyloma acuminatum. Methods：After carbon dioxide（CO2） laser operation, 110 cases of pregnancy with vulval condyloma acuminatum were divided into two groups randomly： the treatment group （55 cases）.were treated with topical Chinese drug granules and the control group （55 cases） were treated with topical PP powder. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,Results： Compared with the control group, the treatment group had lower relapse rate, minor response after operation, lower wound healing time, better clinical effect and lower adverse reaction. Conclusion：Topical Chinese drug granules after laser operation is a safe and effective method for pregnancy with vulval condyloma acuminatum.
