巴曲酶治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效观察

The therapy of batroxobin in acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity

目的:探讨巴曲酶治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法:136例下肢深静脉血栓的患者静脉滴注巴曲酶进行治疗。结果:显效118例,有效13例,总有效率为96.3%;5例无效,无效率为3.7%。3例出现皮肤紫斑,无皮肤过敏、牙龈出血,肝、肾功能均无明显变化。结论:巴曲酶可以作为治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效药物。

Objective：To explore the effect of batroxobin in acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods： 136 cases acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity patients were treated with batroxobin.Results： 131 cases acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity patients recovered,full effetive rate was 96.3%.Conlusion： Batroxobin is an effective drug for acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity.
