城乡教育均衡发展是我国教育改革的重中之重和着力点，作为均衡实现的前提条件和重要保障，教师资源的均衡配置问题随之也成为了研究的热点问题之一。文章选取具有良好教育发展态势的上海作为研究对象，通过梳理上海市区、郊县中学师资配置的变化情况，提出自己的思考，以期对全国师资配置的均衡发展起到借鉴作用。
