施磷水平对不同基因型玉米生理特性及膜保护酶的比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 以相对磷高效品种(178)和相对磷低效品种(065)为材料,做正常磷和低磷2种磷水平处理.在玉米长至四叶一心时考察叶绿素,可溶性糖,可溶性蛋白,脯氨酸,丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD)活性及酸性磷酸酶(APase),核糖核酸酶(RNase)活性的变化.在低磷处理下178和065叶绿素含量及可溶性蛋白含量降低;可溶性糖,丙二醛,脯氨酸含量升高;膜保护酶,核糖核酸酶活性升高;178酸性磷酸酶活性升高,065活性降低.结果表明不同基因型玉米叶绿体色素,可溶性糖,超氧化物歧化酶,丙二醛,酸性磷酸酶,核糖核酸酶,在低磷处理情况下变化不一致,这些指标有可能是选育磷利用高效型的依据. The relatively high phosphorus efficient maize inbred line (178) and the relatively low phosphorus efficient maize inbred line (065) were used as experimental materials and subjected to 2 phosphorus levels: normal and low. Contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugars, soluble proteins, proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (POD), acid phosphatase (APase) and ribonuclease (RNase) were investigated at the 4-leaf stage of the plants. Under the low P treatment, contents of chlorophyll and soluble proteins decreased while contents of soluble sugars, MDA and proline and activities of membrane protective enzymes and RNase increased in both inbred lines, but APase activity increased in 178 and decreased in 065. These results showed that the changes in chlorophyll, soluble sugars, MDA, SOD, APase and RNase were inconsistent in different genotypes of maize under low P status and, therefore, these indicators may serve as basis for the selection for genotypes of high phosphorus use efficiency.
