土壤含水量和无性系对头花蓼扦插生根的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Soil Moisture and Clone Origin on the Rooting of Polygonum capitatum Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don

摘要 对来自4种生境下的头花蓼枝条,在4个不同土壤水分含量条件下的扦插生根率和根系生长情况进行了分析,结果表明:①在土壤含水量为16%和22%的环境下,扦插生根率较高(75.7%),生根量较多,在土壤含水量为7%的环境下根较长;②在干旱条件中生长的头花蓼无性系插枝生根率较高(92.0%),且生根量多,根长,在湿润环境中生长的无性系插枝生根率较低(50.8%),且生根量较少,根较短.说明头花蓼的扦插生根有一定的可塑性,选取适宜的头花蓼无性系插枝,在适宜的土壤含水量处理下,能取得良好的生根效果. Cuttings from shoots of Polygonum capitatum Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don, collected from 4 habitats, were grown under 4 different soil moisture conditions and their rooting rate and root growth were recorded and analyzed. The results indicated that with a soil moisture of 16% or 22%, the cuttings had more roots and fairly high rooting rate (75.7%) and, in contrast, the cuttings developed longer roots under the condition of 7% soil moisture; and that clones coming from drier habitats had more and longer roots and higher rooting rate (92.0%) and, in contrast, cuttings originating from wetter conditions developed fewer and shorter roots and had a low rooting rate (50.8%). These results suggested that the rooting of P. capitatum cuttings was fictile. Therefore, suitable clonal cuttings and soil moisture can promote the rooting of P. capitatum.
