城市人居环境与经济发展的协调度评价--以重庆都市区为例

Evaluation of Coordinated Development Degree of Urban Human Settlement Environment and Economic Development——A Case Study of the Metropolitan Area of Chongqing

选取反映城市人居环境和城市经济发展的指标,采用协调发展度模型,定量评判重庆市城市人居环境与经济发展的协调程度.结果显示:1997-2004年,重庆都市区的城市人居环境不断改善,城市经济持续发展,城市人居环境与经济发展的协调度不断增强.比较同一时段城市人居环境效益指数和城市经济发展效益指数的变化可以看出,重庆都市区城市人居环境与经济发展的协调程度由初级协调经济滞后型向中级协调城市人居环境滞后型转变,经济发展与城市人居环境之间的差距呈现扩大的趋势,而且两个函数效益指数均较小.

Proper indicators of human settlement environment and economic development were chosen, and the coordination development degree model was adopted to make a quantitative calculation of the coordinated degree of urban human settlement environment and economy in Chongqing city from 1997 to 2004. The results showed that, as a whole, the human settlement environment in the metropolitan area of the city kept improving, the urban economy kept developing, and the coordinated degree kept increasing. A com- parison of the changes in the beneficial indexes of the urban human settlement environment and the economic development during the same period of time revealed that the coordination development degree changed from primary to intermediate and that the gap between economic development and human settlement environment was expanding. The beneficial index of either function was relatively small, suggesting that there was room for further enhancement for urban human settlement environment and economic development or for their coordination development degree in the metropolitan area of Chongqing. Priority should be given to the improvement of human settlement environment in urban economic development.
