摘要
本文利用ANSYS对K型铸钢节点与钢管相贯节点在强度上进行了对比,对K型铸钢节点进行了弹塑性大应变分析。通过合理的设计,可使K型铸钢节点只在与钢管连接接口处发生轴向屈服破坏,避免了一般K型相贯节点的过度变形破坏和冲切破坏,提高了节点的安全度。
Comparison on strength of cast tubular K-joints and tubular K-joints by ANSYS software, this paper analyses the large strain and elastoplastic of cast tubular K-joints. Axial yield failure will take place only at tubular interface of cast tubular K-joints. So by means of reasonable design, seriously deformation damage and punching damage of general tubular K-joints will be avoided, and safety of joints will be enhanced.
