摘要
运用平均利润理论解释形成我国焊管行业生产能力严重过剩、机组构成及产品结构严重不合理等基本行情的原因,说明企业被分化、瓦解、重组是市场竞争的必然结果,并针对基本行情提出让开“大路”、占领“小道”,联合经营、优势互补,横向发展、多种经营,顺应市场、另谋生路以及苦练内功、坚守阵地等策略措施。指出今后利用行业协会来制约、规范焊管企业行为的基本思路。
The reasons that productive capability is seriously excessive and constitute of mills and products is seriously unreasonable in domestic welded pipe community are explained using average profit theory. It is thecertain result of market competition that enterprises are divided, disintegrated and reformed. According tobasic situation, some strategies are given as follows: giving up the main road, occupying the small road,jointly managing, mutually replenishing of superiority, developing with other enterprises, multifariouslymanaging, complying with the market, making life in another way, working hard and holding fast to one'sposition.
