摘要
针对现阶段建筑业农民工转移培训中存在的问题,提出了用市场需求推动农民工参加培训的积极性,改变建筑安装工程费用组成以确保资金来源,以及通过实名制对培训、鉴定和培训补助发放某进行监督的建议。
In view of the problems lying in the transfer training of peasants workers in construction industry, this paper proposes that market demand can push peasants workers to attend the training voluntarily, that engineering expense of construction can be changed to ensure the sources of funds and that supervising training, evaluation as well as public subsidy can be achieved through real-name system.
