摘要 一次调频是确保电力系统频率稳定的主要途径之一,但目前采用数字电液(DEH)控制系统的机组由于设置了调频死区或者一次调频投入不合理等原因削弱了其作用,大大降低了一次调频在突发性事故中稳定电网频率的效能。根据河北南部电网的实际情况,建立本区域一次调频的数学模型。通过仿真试验,研究河北南网的调频死区、调频容量和负荷扰动对电网一次调频特性的影响,确定其间的相互关系,对于河北南网中机组调节系统的参数设置和调整以及电网一次调频容量的确定具有重要的指导意义。 In power systems, primary frequency control (PFC) is one of the important methods to maintain frequency stability. But the effect of primary frequency control in a digital electro-hydraulic (DEH) system is weakened by setting dead bands or adding PFC into the power system illogically, thus, the effect of PFC for stabilizing grid frequency during accidents is decreased. Based on the southern Hebei grid investigation, the mathematical model of southern Hebei grid for analysis of primary frequency control was presented, Relationship between parameters was discussed, which affect PFC functions such as dead bands, load disturbances and PFC capacities, h is very significant to direct the settings of the governing system parameters and the PFC capacities of southern Hebei grid.
