摘要
作者提出了包含几种不同性质微观不均匀区的合金熔体物理模型,认为合金熔体中同时存在着不可逆类固型原子团簇、可逆类固型原子团簇、可逆类液型原子团簇的不均匀现象。有效地解释了熔体热经历对快凝铝铁基合金中相形成的影响机制,以及长期以来不易理解的、加热过程中熔体的运动粘度比冷却过程中熔体的运动粘度为小的现象。
The physical models of the Al Fe based alloy melts with different properties in microheterogeneous region were first put forward,it is found that the heterogeneous phenomenon of irreversible solid like clusters,reversible solid like clusters and reversible liquid like clusters may be present simultaneously in the alloy melts.The effect mechanism of thermal history of the melt on the phase formation of the rapidly solidified Al Fe based alloys and the phenomenon of which the melt kinematic viscosity during the heating process is less than that of the cooling process.
